Plans to reopen Manitoba to come next week: premier

WINNIPEG — Premier Brian Pallister said the province will be releasing information on how it plans to reopen non-essential businesses in the province starting next week.

The premier made the announcement during a Friday morning news conference.

It comes one day after Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe announced plans to gradually reopen closed businesses in five phases starting May 4.

Pallister did not say what day next week the plan would be released.
