WINNIPEG — Premier Brian Pallister is set to provide an update Wednesday on COVID-19 measures in Manitoba.
Pallister will be speaking at 11 a.m. at the Manitoba Legislative Building. CTV News Winnipeg will be live streaming the event.
On Tuesday, the premier, along with Economic Development and Training Minister Ralph Eichler announced that Manitoba Student Aid loans repayments have been suspended for six months.
On Monday, Pallister also hinted at new penalties for those not following physical distancing guidelines in Manitoba.
To date there are 217 cases of COVID-19 in the province, including three deaths, and 21 people have recovered from the virus.
