WINNIPEG — Premier Brian Pallister is set to provide an update on COVID-19 measures in Manitoba.

The premier will hold a news conference at the Manitoba Legislative Building at 11 a.m. CTV News Winnipeg will live-stream the event.

Last week, the province released the draft plan for the second phase of the province’s reopening.

The draft plan includes proposals for dine-in restaurants, schools, sports leagues and nail salons to safely reopen. A date for the second phase of reopening has not been announced.

Manitobans can provide feedback on the plan during a telephone town hall tonight at 7 p.m.

This is a developing story. More details to come.
