Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister is scheduled to speak about COVID-19 measures in the province at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Last week the premier announced details of the province’s plan for Phase 2 of its reopening strategy, but did not confirm a fixed date for when it would begin.
There have been 292 cases of COVID-19 in Manitoba, with no new cases over the last four days. The coronavirus has been linked to seven deaths in the province.
